We are seeking an APS 5 Case Co-Ordinator to work within the Indigenous Service Delivery Stream (ISDS)
APS5 Case Co-Ordinator Affirmative Measures- Baseline Clearance required
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island candidates preferred
- 12-month contract
- Location: Canberra and Wagga Wagga
Key Skills:
- Apply legislation, policies, procedures, and information management requirements.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people.
- Code application information in Case Manager, maintaining accurate and comprehensive records.
- Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
- Demonstrate resilience, persistence, result-orientation, and accountability for decisions and actions.
- APS 5 classification or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in case management and application of relevant legislation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in engaging with Indigenous communities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under limited direction.
- Understanding and application of trauma-informed principles
- High level of organizational skills with the ability to manage workflow efficiently.
