APS5 Case Co-Ordinator Affirmative Measures

• Baseline Clearance required
• Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island candidates preferred
• 12-month contract
• Location: Canberra and Wagga Wagga

Our federal government client is seeking a high preforming APS5 Case Co-Ordinator to work within the Indigenous Service Delivery Stream (ISDS).
Key Skills:

• Apply legislation, policies, procedures, and information management requirements.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people.
• Code application information in Case Manager, maintaining accurate and comprehensive records.
• Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
• Demonstrate resilience, persistence, result-orientation, and accountability for decisions and actions.

Requirements:

• APS 5 classification or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in case management and application of relevant legislation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in engaging with Indigenous communities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under limited direction.
• Understanding and application of trauma-informed principles
• High level of organizational skills with the ability to manage workflow efficiently.
