The Quality Assurance Manager will work with staff members and internal stakeholders to promote the effective application of business processes that enable us to deliver capability as effectively and efficiently as possible with a highly skilled and committed workforce.The successful candidate will act with authority in assessing stakeholder compliance with the Quality Assurance Management System. They will be responsible to plan and executing activities that test and enhance adherence to laws, regulations and standards and then report on their findings to the chain of command.About our Team
Electronic Warfare and Intelligence Systems (EWIS) Branch, in JSD acquires, sustains and integrates electronic warfare capabilities into a wide variety of air, land and sea based platforms and systems. The successful candidate will be required to:
- Coordinate and perform Quality Assurance, governance, auditing and corporate reporting activities.
- Provide guidance on the management of Quality Assurance processes and business planning including the review and improvement of business activities.
- Develop, implement and review Quality Assurance and governance procedures, practices and frameworks.
- Contribute to the strategic review of Quality Assurance systems in the areas of strategic and business planning, performance measurement and continuous improvement.
- Tailor communication style and language according to the audience’s level of knowledge, skill and experience.
- Build and sustain effective relationships with team members, management and stakeholders.
- Analyse and suggest improvements to Quality Assurance policies and procedures to ensure appropriate performance against best practice.
- Design and implement solutions to issues affecting the achievement of desired outcomes.
