The key duties of the position include
- Maintain a basic understanding of Special Access Scheme (SAS) and Authorised Prescriber (AP) legislation, guidance material and standard operating procedures.
- Undertake data entry of SAS and AP submissions using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage the SAS and AP email inbox including triaging emails and answering submission-related email enquiries and voicemails/call-back requests.
- Provide high quality customer service when liaising with external and internal stakeholders including medical practitioners, patients and pharmaceutical industry representatives.
- Organise and file documentation in a record management system (TRIM) consistent with the TGA Records Management Policy.
- Perform data retrieval for various internal requests
- Provide suggestions to senior staff members on work practices for greater efficiencies
- Assist in training and supporting new staff members.
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or Director.
