• Werribee

• Bentleigh

• Dandenong

• Preston

Contract: ASAP until 30 June 2025
Hourly Rate: $37.36 per hour + super

Contract role with a strong possibility of renewal. Only Australian Citizens are eligible to apply.Key Responsibilities:

• Participant and Customer Support: Manage and resolve participant matters, provide counter/reception support, handle customer enquiries, and refer customers to appropriate services.
• Administrative Coordination: Manage the team shared email inbox, appointments, and telephone enquiries, and coordinate the use of office facilities.
• Data Management and Reporting: Conduct research, prepare reports and correspondence, and perform data entry activities with necessary follow-up.
• Feedback Handling: Receive, record, and address complaints and feedback within agency business systems.
