The state/territory-based business units ensure accessible, nationally consistent participant experiences.About the Role: The Participant Support Officer is an integral team member responsible for prioritizing and managing workflow. This role involves procedural, clerical, administrative support, and operational tasks, including basic research and analysis. Regular monitoring by senior positions within the management structure ensures high-quality work output.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve participant matters by actioning planning tasks.
- Provide counter/reception support, including handling participant inquiries in self-help kiosks and online support.
- Resolve customer inquiries, provide information, and refer customers to appropriate government or community services.
- Manage team shared email inbox, appointments, and telephone inquiries.
- Coordinate appointments using office facilities, ensuring accessibility for participants.
- Conduct research and investigation activities, preparing associated reports and correspondence.
- Undertake data entry activities and ensure follow-up is completed.
- Receive and record complaints and feedback in business systems.
