Form of work Seeking suitable candidates for APS3/5 Tech Support Officer/ IT Admin officer role with a reputable Federal Government Department. Description Technical Support Officer Responsibilities includes but are not limited to: Provide a range of administrative and support services, including routine correspondence, prepare reports, documentation and correspondence to support information flow and inform decision making. Schedule meetings, workshops, and reviews.Prepare meeting agendas and minutes, tracking action items and follow-ups Undertake administrative tasks such as finance reconciliations, procurement, inventory records, stores and stock control. Maintain accurate documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports Support a strong asset management culture and consistent usage of enterprise asset management system (IBM Maximo) to accurately record asset information, asset performance and issue stakeholder communication. Adhere to service management processes based on the ITIL framework and work to meet service level targets for maintenance completion and outage restoration response times. Quality Management: Participate in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of products and services and the ongoing development, implementation and continual improvement of the quality management system to achieve and maintain the ongoing certification of compliance with the ISO 9001 quality management Standard. Profile Technical Support Officer Australian Citizen Holds Valid Baseline Clearance or Police Check Previous experience in administrative or operations support roles is preferred. Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) Strong organizational and time-management skills.
