About the role
We are seeking a Junior/Entry level IT Support tech to help provide onsite, remote and telephone support to our clients. You will work with small and medium businesses in and around Melbourne and interstate. This role is part-time with the potential for full-time after the probation period, based in our Nunawading office. Some travel will be required, and this role provides opportunities for networking and relationship building. This opportunity suits a candidate who is studying or looking to get into the industry, with the right attitude and right fit for our unique work culture. You may also be required to attend networking and client meetings.
This role does not initially allow working from home.
You will also be required to contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and tutorials, including ticketing of support jobs.
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, be confident, and be ambitious! You should have a keen eye for detail and possess good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. You are an effective communicator, with strong written and verbal English skills. You work well in a team and are reliable, punctual, and respectful. Recording interactions and updating jobs in the ticketing system will be second nature. Mad props if you can help us to improve workflow and simplify processes!

Our selection criteria
You have the right to work unrestricted, full-time in Australia. You must also have a full Victorian driver's license, and a car. Travel allowance is paid. You will be required to work from the office, this is not a WFH position. You will have excellent English language skills. The successful candidate will also be required to pass a police and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
