The RoleThe Administration Officer, reporting to the Assistant Director, manages inquiries and supports the Health and Performance Team. This role involves executive and administrative tasks.
Manage diaries, calendars, and inboxes
Organise travel and accommodation
Prepare correspondence and documents
Contribute to process development
Engage with internal and external stakeholders
Support Health and Performance Team operations
Handle ad-hoc administrative duties
The Ideal PersonThe ideal candidate for the Administration Officer role, possesses solid executive and administrative skills. They excel in managing inquiries, calendars, and travel arrangements while contributing to process improvement. Strong communication and organisational abilities are crucial for effective stakeholder engagement and support to the team.
Proactive in contributing to the development and enhancement of administrative processes
