As a Senior Administration Support Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Monitoring incoming emails and phone calls, ensuring to prioritise and act on correspondence.
- Coordinating meetings and interviews for the team.
- Triaging notifications and complaints received into the business unit.
- Collection and organisation information for use in initial assessments and investigations.
- Collaboration with the Branch administration officer to manage team assets and equipment.
- Working within the business unit Code of Conduct and Framework.

To be successful in this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas:
- Minimum 3 years experience working in a Senior Administrative position.
- Experience working within the Government sector would be highly advantageous.
- Ability to effectively manage workloads and meet workplace objectives within tight timeframes and competing priorities.
- High-level attention to detail and ability to comply with workplace processes.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
