Duration: 12 Months + 2x 12 Months Extension
Requirements:
- NV2 Security clearance
- Selection Criteria response – A short pitch that demonstrate relevant skills, experience, and qualification to provide the services.
- Execute day-to-day contract management activities in alignment with departmental needs, priorities, and regulatory frameworks.
- Engage in vendor relationship management and industry activities to enhance the delivery of goods and services, including contract negotiation.
- Conduct commercial analysis of suppliers to ensure sustained value-for-money propositions.
- Interpret and draft procurement and contract documentation, encompassing tenders, panels, contracts, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Collect and collate data to facilitate collaboration, negotiating terms and conditions reflective of requirements' scale.
- Excellent communication skills across all staff levels.
- Proven experience in contract management, especially in ICT.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in interpreting and drafting procurement documentation.
- Strong negotiation skills and vendor relationship management expertise.
