- 12 month contract
- ACT based - 3 days onsite
- $120 - $130 per hour + SA
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire end to end procurement process, including evaluations’ reviews, timeframes, member engagement, and other stakeholders, in particular:
- Conduct assurance reviews and reporting for procurement activities;
- Develop RFx documentation, conduct evaluations and negotiate contracts
- Provide ‘first line’ probity advice to ensure ethical behaviour during procurement processes.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Promote and apply the procurement framework, including relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
- Assist in managing the existing contracts, including:
- Work closely with the Director, Commercial and Program Finance on contract management related matters;
- Maintain relevant contract management registers;
- Undertake minutes and relevant contract notes for contextual reference purposes
- Deep understanding of ACT Government procurement legislation and processes.
- Good understanding and experience in contract management processes and policies.
- Excellent negotiation, communications, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant qualifications in procurement and contract management.
