RIB CostX is RIB’s award-winning takeoff and cost estimation platform which is used in over 90 countries worldwide. RIB 4.0 is their enterprise 6D BIM Unified Construction Cloud Platform, connecting all people, processes, and data across the lifecycle of a construction project.
As a Business Development Manager at RIB Software, you will be a key player in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. They are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in Business Development, strategic planning, and fostering lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with RIB Software's strategic goals.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to penetrate and expand market share in mid-tier to enterprise markets.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, providing regular updates to the management team.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align Business Development efforts with overall company objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager selling SaaS or Software.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the construction or software industry is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
