ABOUT THE JOB:

• Create, organise, and maintain digital files in accordance with established filing systems.
• Monitor and manage group mailboxes to facilitate timely and organised communication.
• Work closely with colleagues to coordinate and prioritise tasks.
• Prepare regular reports on the status of digital filing activities, including current completeness of files.
• Brief writing, drafting of tasking emails, general

THE SUCCESFUL CANDIDATE:

• Demonstrated experience in working within a government setting to provide summaries, briefing packs, Ministerial responses and communication strategies.
• Drafting of tasking emails; general internal correspondence to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Have excellent writing skills, including the ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly and succinctly if required.
• Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team to produce high quality and accurate documentation as required.
