Your new role
The Complaints Officer will provide assistance to the public in the receipt and management of complaints and concerns. This will include assessing complaints, escalation of complex cases, contributing to complaints handling activities,
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience working within a complaints handling role
Exceptional Customer Service skills
The ability to communicate with empathy and deescalate callers
Attention to detail
Resilience and adaptability
The ability to work with minimal supervision in a team-based role
