The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) implements the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), which is one of the biggest social reforms in the country since Medicare. As an Agency, we support more than 600,000 participants with a significant and permanent disability, and the families and carers of those living with disability. NDIA’s ICT Services Branch has multiple unique vacancies for highly skilled and motivated APS5 Support Analysts.
The ICT Services branch within the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) provides essential technology services and support to the NDIA staff and partners. The branch manages relationships with Services Australia and other external ICT service providers within the agreed service levels.

As an APS5 ICT Support Analyst you will draw on your expert knowledge across ICT to analyse information and provide policy advice within an area of specialisation, with advice based on policies and legislation.
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

• Prioritising work, ensuring high levels of service and support are provided.
• Responding appropriately urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner while also maintaining high work standards.
• Supporting Level 1 and 2 ICT, assisting with Desktop, mobile telephony support, managing assets, rebuilds, troubleshooting of hardware and working to resolve issues.
• Demonstrating resilience in dealing with confidential matters and conflicting priorities.

You will also be able to work and troubleshoot independently and possess excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

While this role is ideally performed from VIC - Geelong or VIC - Richmond, remote working arrangements may be considered. We intend to fill this role in an ongoing capacity, however non-ongoing roles up to 12 months may be offered.
Successful candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment National Police History check, Worker Screening check and/or Working with Children Check (where required) and provide evidence of Australian Citizenship.
