We're on the search for an ERP Analyst and Systems guru to join our passionate team. This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting our ANZ business and employees, with a key focus on Supply Chain, Warehouse Management system and inventory modules. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, our IT team and external vendors to ensure the stability, performance and reliability of our ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
As our ERP team member, you will oversee activities to ensure the following outcomes are achieved:
- providing daily triage support and maintenance of the ERP to maximise performance and system availability including analysis, resolving data integrity issues.
- creating reports through the ERP reporting tools
- training relevant employees in the ERP
- assisting operational improvements through system innovation or process refinement
- system maintenance, including records of users, providing approved user access and restrictions as necessary
Knowledge, Experience & Skill Requirements
- tertiary qualifications in a relevant or related disciple, desirable
- demonstrated experience working in supply chain, warehouse or inventory team
- demonstrated experience in supporting an ERP
- cross-function communication and collaboration required
- Pronto Xi 750 experience desirable but not essential
- BI and data analysis experience (Cognos/Power BI/Phocas) desirable
