Grimshaw Architects is currently seeking a friendly and energetic IT Support Analyst to join our vibrant and creative Melbourne studio. This permanent position is an exciting opportunity for an individual to become a key player in supporting and enhancing the IT infrastructure within our energetic work environment.
We are looking for a proactive, confident communicator with at least 12 months of experience in IT, a formal qualification in a relevant discipline, and strong technical and problem management skills. Familiarity with CAD software and Adobe products is desirable.

Responsibilities include:
- Level 1 & 2 helpdesk support, monitoring, and ticket management.
- Updating end user documentation.
- Auditing corporate hardware & software.
- Maintaining IT assets and asset databases.
- Test and deploy new EUC hardware.
- Troubleshooting hardware issues.
- Troubleshooting Windows OS and Software issues
- Maintain meeting room technology.
- User account management for Active Directory/Office365.
- Troubleshooting issues related to Office365, MS Teams, Zoom, Adobe, Okta and Intune.
- Support of CAD software applications (Autodesk, Rhino, Enscape, etc).
- Assist with the delivery of other IT related projects.
- Stock management and ordering of office peripherals.
- Deployment of Software using automated tools (Intune, PDQ etc).
- Participation in occasional out of hours support tasks and weekend upgrades/maintenance tasks.
Required Skills:
- Formal qualification in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 12months experience in IT.
- Experience administering Windows 10.
- Laptop/Desktop support experience.
- Strong technical skills.
- Strong problem management skills.
- Basic Networking skills.
- Ability to work into a global team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Willing to learn.
- A ‘can do’ attitude.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with CAD software (Autodesk, Rhino, Microstation + Plugins)
- Familiarity with Adobe products and suite.
