Full Time - Labour Hire - 6 Months

Duties of the role include:

• Administration advice and support, including facilities and property maintenance and reporting, security, information database and general correspondence.
• Conduct site specific on boarding and mail processes.
• Manage day-to-day management of operational requirements.
• Support and assist staff development.
• Facilitate and support meetings.
• Contribute to team goals and outcomes.

Key capabilities of the role include:

• Demonstrated experience in the delivery of facilities and property management services and activities is essential.
• Sound project and time management skills.
• Knowledge of procurement and contract management.
• Well-developed decision-making skills.
• Well-developed high level administrative service and support.
• Proficiency in the use of contemporary computer applications, including database, spreadsheets, and word processing software.
• High level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships with internal and external customers, service providers and stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, leaning in and a positive outlook.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and operating environment.
• Ability to work effectively within a dynamic and responsive team environment to meet deadlines and ensure delivery against objectives.
