Full Time - Labour Hire - 6 Months
Duties of the role include:
- Administration advice and support, including facilities and property maintenance and reporting, security, information database and general correspondence.
- Conduct site specific on boarding and mail processes.
- Manage day-to-day management of operational requirements.
- Support and assist staff development.
- Facilitate and support meetings.
- Contribute to team goals and outcomes.
Key capabilities of the role include:
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of facilities and property management services and activities is essential.
- Sound project and time management skills.
- Knowledge of procurement and contract management.
- Well-developed decision-making skills.
- Well-developed high level administrative service and support.
- Proficiency in the use of contemporary computer applications, including database, spreadsheets, and word processing software.
- High level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships with internal and external customers, service providers and stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, leaning in and a positive outlook.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and operating environment.
- Ability to work effectively within a dynamic and responsive team environment to meet deadlines and ensure delivery against objectives.
