A fantastic opportunity for someone who loves the frontline. Working in our Symonston depot, you will play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly every day.
This involves collaborating within a dynamic operations team on a 7-day roster, engaging daily with drivers and customers to ensure the seamless execution of our plans. Additionally, you will contribute to transport event planning and on-site delivery of transport programs, overseeing purchasing and allocations nationwide.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise driver and fleet operations for safety and efficiency.
- Monitor adherence to shift checklists and company procedures.
- Address customer, vehicle and driver issues when they arise.
- Collaborate with various teams ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor internal compliance with company policies including fatigue management, work diary compliance, and staff fitness for work.
- Maintain awareness of fatigue management laws and company policies, reporting non-compliance to management.
- Perform daily administration tasks and ad hoc duties.
