APS5 Senior Officer, Products Customer Experience (QA Analyst)

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced QA Analyst looking for their next challenge, embedding themselves as a key player in supporting a workplace that is focused on continuously improving performance and a cohesive culture.
The QA Analyst works in a team that focusses on customer needs by adopting pragmatic customer-centric designs, articulating customer pain points and requirements (business analysis), focussing on quality assurance of the deliverables (QA testing) as well as providing systems eLearning training. The team works to ensure services provide exceptional end to end Customer Experience regarding new and existing software systems.
