About the role:
Join the Reform Program Management Office as a Junior Officer to support the Royal Commission Reform Taskforce. We have multiple junior roles available at the APS 5/6 level, including Business Analysts, Benefits Realisation Officers, Evaluation Officers, Cost Estimation Analysts, Project Managers, and Project Officers.
Available positions:
1. Business Analyst
- Perform data analysis, identify business needs, and develop solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Monitor and report on project benefits.
- Develop and implement benefits realization plans.
- Conduct evaluations of project outcomes.
- Provide recommendations for improvements.
- Develop cost estimates for projects and programs.
- Monitor budget compliance.
- Plan, execute, and close projects.
- Manage resources, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support project planning and implementation.
- Coordinate project activities and maintain documentation.
- Perform complex tasks within an integrated workforce.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively and effectively as a team member.
- Comply with legislative, policy, and regulatory frameworks.
- Contribute to improvements in information systems and management practices.
- Seek guidance on complex issues.
- Undertake specific duties as required.
