Our Federal Government client are currently looking for two engagement professionals to join their organisation to assist during a busy period. These roles will influence effective community engagement program design and delivery by researching and identifying the specific issues, needs and interests of target audiences through timely and relevant engagement activities.
Your new role
Facing a busy time, this department is looking for experienced engagement professionals to join their established teams. In these roles, you will coordinate many different events and forums, consult with key stakeholders listening and feeding back to the agency their needs and ideas. You will provide relevant advice and create resources that benefit a positive engagement experience between the agency and its clients.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end process of events, including budgets and all logistics through to reporting
- Demonstrated experience with the implementation and delivery of stakeholder engagement strategies, including meeting programmes, responding to relevant stakeholder enquiries, and stakeholder mapping.
- Demonstrated capabilities influencing and engaging with stakeholders to build relationships and rapport quickly with internal and external parties
- An understanding the IAP2 engagement framework is highly desirable
- Impeccable attention to detail and time management capabilities often working on multiple competing priorities
- You must be able to commence immediately full-time hours for the duration of the contracts
- You must be an Australian citizen to apply for these roles
