Responsibilities may include but are not limited to;
- Analyse data and feedback to measure activity effectiveness, identify risks, and trends.
- Contribute to developing, implementing, and monitoring targeted engagement strategies aligned with broader plans.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate participation in various engagement activities.
- Contribute to implementing a proactive engagement strategy, including event planning aligned with organisational plans.
- Ability to influence effective community engagement program design and delivery by researching and identifying the specific issues, needs and interests of target audiences through timely and relevant consultation mechanisms.
- Monitor and evaluate stakeholder engagement and communications projects providing ideas for continuous improvement.
- Assist with the implementation and delivery of stakeholder engagement, including meeting programmes, responding to relevant stakeholder enquiries, and stakeholder mapping.
- Familiarity with the IAP2 engagement spectrum in human services.
- Proficient in presenting to small stakeholder groups.
- Desirable: Project management skills/experience and understanding of accessibility.
