About the Role
We have a great opportunity for an experienced sales agent to join our team as a Land Sales Consultant.
The successful candidate will manage sales across multiple land estates in the Gippsland region. The Land Sales Consultant will oversee the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to Unconditional Contract. This role requires a person with a strong understanding of managing builder relationships, and a proactive approach in developing a wider network of selling partners to ensure sales budgets are met and exceeded each month.

About the candidate
- A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in residential Land Sales, real estate or as a new home consultant
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with builder partners and a wider network of referral partners
- Ability to travel throughout the Gippsland Region (License & own car)
- Proven track record selling Land or House and Land.
- Strong communication skills
