Randstad has partnered with a federal government agency for a Procurement Systems Officer to join the team. This role is a 12 month contract.Your new role as Procurement Systems Officer:The APS6 Procurement Systems Officer is tasked with offering technical, professional, policy, and operational assistance concerning intricate issues. Additionally, the role involves coordinating and aiding in strategic planning, program and project management, and policy development. Key duties include:
- Providing administrative support such as managing user accounts, customising workflows, monitoring system performance, and addressing issues effectively.
- Providing assistance and creating training materials for guidance.
- Documenting configuration and issue resolution procedures.
- Generating reports for the Procurement Branch.
- Collaborating with ICT and Procurement Branch stakeholders to accomplish departmental objectives.

- Administration and reporting experience
- Experience in procurement, particularly within a Government Agency or Department preferred.
- Capability to comprehend and implement company policies and procedures effectively.
- Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal abilities.
