OVERVIEW
Our Federal Government client is currently seeking an experienced Project Officer to join their team at the APS6 level. Within this role you will play a crucial role in supporting project administration and ensuring the effective delivery of services.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination of activities.
- Experience with designing and producing engaging infographics to support project presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
- Assist in the development and execution of communication plans, create content for various channels, and ensure clear and effective communication within the project team and with stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs, supporting the successful implementation of project initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proven experience in project administration or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in creating infographics and other visual aids.
- Experience in change management practices and principles.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or project management software.
