AddressHOBAN Recruitment is excited to present an opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented APS 6 Level Project Officer to support the Diplomatic Security Division located in Barton ACT.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the effective delivery of services.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination of activities.
- Design and produce engaging infographics to support project presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
- Assist in the development and execution of communication plans, creating content for various channels, and ensuring clear and effective communication within the project team and with stakeholders.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Support the development and delivery of training programs for the successful implementation of project initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

About You
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in project administration or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in creating infographics and other visual aids.
- Experience in change management practices and principles.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or project management software.
This is a security-designated position, and you will be required to already hold a current Australian Government Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance prior to commencement.
