APS6 Stakeholder Engagement Officer Applying sound judgement and problem-solving skills to deliver on the Project objectives.
Effectively engaging, negotiating, building on existing or creating new relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Exercising strong verbal and written communication skills.
Coordinating, collating, and drafting input for the Senior Executive, Minister and their office, Cabinet and Parliamentary briefings, and external enquiries.
Managing related project risks and issues with the Director and Senior Executive, by identifying risks early and using appropriate mitigation and resolution strategies.
Following finance and budget management processes, completing administration, and reporting tasks, including use of associated systems (such as SAP and Concur).
Working with other team members and managing resources effectively.
Ensure filing and administration of information records related to the section is appropriately managed.
Participating in project management administration, including project reporting and procurement management of goods and services to support the project.
