Key responsibilities include:
- Applying structured methodologies, tools, and processes to develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy.
- Facilitating the design, development, delivery, and oversight of crucial communications.
- Implementing assessment tools to monitor and evaluate the impact of change.
- Providing input, documenting requirements, and supporting the design and execution of training programs.
- Empowering the project team with the necessary skills for effective change management.
- Proven experience in delivering division-wide change management strategies.
- Expertise in developing, implementing, and monitoring change management plans and strategies.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams to foster understanding of change impacts, risks, and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
