The RoleWe are seeking an Architect or Architectural Graduate to join our team in a full-time capacity at our Crows Nest studio.
You will work with our Director and the team on all aspects of the architecture process, from design through to delivery.
We are looking for a motivated individual who is thorough and with a strong understanding of design, quality control and attention to detail.
If you are interested, we offer mentoring for those looking to develop their roles.
Salary will be negotiated and will be commensurate with experience.
Program Knowledge- Proficiency in ArchiCAD is essential
Key Requirements
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD is a must
- Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Easy-going personality
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated understanding of the NCC, Australian Standards and applicable legislation (DBP Act; SEPP65 etc)
- Minimum 5+ years post-graduate experience
- Potential to act as project lead
- High quality detailing skills
