Our client, a leading developer of textile manufacturing and technology is seeking a candidate with strong understanding of the architectural specification process. You will be responsible for the management of existing client relationships and building strong working relationships with prospective clients to drive desired sales revenue.
You will be joining a team of specialised professionals who provide cutting-edge sound scaping solutions to architects, designers and construction professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and create sales leads and opportunities
- Execute strategies to identify and cultivate relationships with Architectural and Design firms, and related stakeholders to promote our exceptional products and services
- Deliver engaging presentations, workshops, and training sessions to educate clients on the benefits and applications of our acoustic solutions
- Manage multiple client projects at a time with ease
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product range, staying current with industry trends and advancements. Provide technical guidance to clients to ensure the proper selection and application of our products
Skills and experience
- 2 years minimum in a similar role
- Excellent understanding of the project architectural specification process
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with an aptitude for public speaking
- Excellent problem solver with a growth mindset
- Strong and confident communicator both verbally and written with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients
- Proactive, personable and highly motivated
- A reliable, punctual and professional attitude
- Exceptional time management - working to timelines and can plan and prioritise to meet deadlines
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM is desirable
