Job description

About Us – Greenbox Architecture

Greenbox Architecture is a leading independent architecture and interior design practice operating across the Asia Pacific region from our Sydney CBD studio. Architecturally, we are a leader in mission-critical architecture and design, including Data Centres, Health, and Life Sciences. We also have a strong interiors team that works across a wide variety of areas, including Commercial and Workplace design. We work on a diverse range of project sizes from $400k to $3+ Billion, from start-ups to some of the world’s largest well-known company brands.

Our values reflect who we are and how we behave: be down to earth, be curious, inspire, adapt, and have fun. We believe there is no problem that can’t be solved while having fun along the way and doing our bit for the planet.

We embrace diversity, with our team of nearly 50 incredible team members speaking 29 languages, bringing a wealth of diverse experience, talents, and creative perspectives. We believe in staying nimble, continuously learning, and improving ourselves and our systems and procedures so they don’t weigh us down. Our current working model, with set WFH days, allows our team to connect well, enabling work-life balance and focus time when needed. All this and more are reasons why we are certified as a “Great Place to Work.” Find out more about us at www.greenboxarchitecture.com.

Graduates Opportunities:

We offer our graduates hands-on experience in end-to-end projects, providing mentoring and growth opportunities. Working on complex building typologies exposes you to technical challenges, fostering significant learning. We prioritise mentoring, encouraging questions and involvement in all stages for comprehensive learning. This role involves extensive exposure to documentation phases, learning various building and construction approaches under the guidance of senior architectural leaders.

About you:

Ideally, you will have completed your studies, or be close to, so you are able to work full-time. Those with some work experience (6+ months to 3+ years) and experience using Revit in documentation phases, with strong visualisation skills in Enscape, Lumion and using photoshop will be highly regarded.

Experience is not a must. We value your interest and believe in teaching skills. We seek individuals who are the right fit for our team and eager to learn and develop.

We have a fantastic team where people enjoy working together and strive for excellence. We value a good fit, a willingness to learn, take pride in your work, and a natural curiosity for more technical projects.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Completed or about to complete a Master of Architecture
  • Work experience in other sectors and building typologies will be highly regarded
  • Strong software skills: Revit and Visualisation skills ideally using Enscape, Lumion, and Photoshop
  • Great attitude and approach – positive, proactive, eager, and willing to learn
  • High attention to detail and love solving more complex problems
  • Documentation skills and basic knowledge and understanding of building codes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Curiosity and desire to continuously learn

How to apply:

Press the “Apply” button and please submit:
  1. Resume
  2. Folio (attach instead of Cover Letter attachment (2MB limit)
  3. Complete the video invite to introduce yourself

Please Submit your application through “Apply,” as this goes directly into our system and ensures you will be considered. Emailing us means we have to add you separately and this may not be considered as promptly.

If your folio is too large, please submit your resume and then email your folio to ******@greenboxarchitecture.com as this will enable us to add your folio to your application.

We will be reviewing applications over the coming weeks, so please submit your interest asap.

We look forward to receiving your interest.

Our process:

We will review resumes and folios and contact candidates with the relevant skills and experience for a quick phone conversation to gain better insights into you, your skills and experience, and your interest in the role. Following this, we will short-list candidates for a 30-minute online interview and then will arrange final interviews with our client with the top short-listed candidates.
