We are currently seeking an Architectural Graduate with 2+ years experience to join our studio team in Melbourne.

About the job
- You will mirror our ethos of shaping places that directly and positively influence people, communities and prosperity
- Perform research and analyse site data with a creative approach
- Create return briefs, reports and cost estimates
- Obtain advice from clients and your team to fully understand the scope of the project
- Create presentations and deliver to stakeholders
- Design development and documentation using current design technology
- Consult with clients on construction materials, selections and cost
- Have a collaborative communication approach with your teams, clients and consultants
- Knowledgeable of construction regulations using the BCA and Australian Standards
- Project management including inspection of sites and ensure project is compliant with standards and to specification
- Adhere to management systems to ensure quality of the project is maintained
- Data management will be a key and primary focus
- Have a keen interest in technology and advancing your skills routinely as updates are released
About you
You would have completed your Masters of Architecture in Australia and have professional local experience working within teams with either design or delivery phases.
- Be professional in your approach to work with a keen attention to detail
- Have the ability to strategise and manage workload to meet project deadlines and key objectives
- Be confident and have the ability to work under pressure
- Work as part of a team in a collaborative environment
- Be able to influence and negotiate
- Have excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Understand, assess and resolve complex challenges
- Be open to learn, expand experience, and apply new knowledge
