The Role
As our Architectural Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our reach in the high-end design industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cultivating relationships with high-profile clients, architects, and interior designers to understand their unique design visions and requirements.
- Providing expert guidance on our exclusive range of Luxury Door Hardware products, tailored to suit the most opulent design preferences.
- Collaborating closely with our design team to customize solutions that exceed client expectations and reflect the epitome of luxury.
- Managing the end-to-end sales process, from initial consultation to final installation, ensuring seamless execution and unparalleled customer satisfaction.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance our product offerings and maintain our position as leaders in the market.
Skills and Experience Needed
We're looking for someone with:
- An extensive background in residential Architecture or Interior Design.
- Proven pipeline of residential Architects and Interior designers.
- A deep passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Proven experience in Business Development within the luxury design sector, with a focus on high-end clientele.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building lasting relationships and translating design visions into reality.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless results.
- Self-motivation, goal orientation, and a drive to exceed targets.
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
