The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-5+ years of experience in architectural design and delivery (coordination and documentation) of mid to large scale projects
- High quality presentation and communication skills
- A qualification in Architecture
- Experience in education projects preferred, other experience in mixed-use residential, commercial & community projects desirable
- Construction Documentation experience is highly desirable
- Proven proficiency in REVIT (essential).
Overall interest and exposure to BIM processes desirable
- Other desirable software skills include Photoshop, Lumion, and AutoCAD.
