AddressMeals on Wheels Rockhampton is a not-for-profit community service which prepares and delivers nutritious meals to the frail, elderly and people living with disabilities in the Rockhampton region.
The role
- Permanent Part Time Role (Mon-Fri - 8.30am to 2.30pm)
- Must have outstanding attention to detail, with the ability to priorities and communicate effectively with customers, volunteers and fellow team members.
- Undertake general administration and office duties including telephone and email correspondence, filing ect.
- Great attention to detail and time management abilities.
You will be responsible for
- General Administration duties
- Processing accounts payable/receivable
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Processing of weekly payroll
- Processing end of month client invoices in client management system.
- Maintain accurate financial records and provide monthly reports for the organisations governance committee.
Required
- Experience using Xero software
- Experience in weekly payroll
- Experience using Excel Spreadsheets
- Experience in exporting and importing data between programs
- Ability to work well within a team
- Current Police History Check or ability to acquire
