AddressReporting to our Group Director, Marketing and our Area General Manager, the Area Director of Marketing will be responsible for delivering the commercial growth, brand awareness and marketing and communications strategies for Crystalbrook Riley, Bailey and Flynn. All of our hotels are sustainably-led, with unique personalities and offer endless opportunities to grow the brands and make your own mark.
You will work together with key team members in the hotel's operating departments to achieve hotel targets and goals as well as working alongside our driven and passionate marketing team to grow the Crystalbrook brand. This is a full-stack marketing role encompassing brand, communications, public relations, digital and social media, advertising, sponsorship and CRM management.

- A proven track record in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and revenue growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives
- Expertise in utilising data-driven insights to identify market opportunities, connect with target audiences and optimise marketing campaigns
- Extensive experience in digital marketing, including Social, PPC, SEO, CRO and e-commerce marketing
- Demonstrated success in building and managing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximise ROI
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively articulate marketing strategies to stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
- Adept at staying current with industry trends and implementing creative and unique marketing strategies
- Building and nurturing a high performing team
