Spray Blast Inspect has successful operations in Toowoomba, Bundaberg (Queensland) and an online store. These operations will ensure continuous collaboration and support for Mackay's unique sales strategies and store expansion goals.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a self motivated and skilled Area Manager to lead our paint shop across the Mackay region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our paint shop, driving sales, managing staff, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the paint shop within the designated area to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets. Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.

Staff Management: Supervise paint shop staff. Foster a positive working environment, providing leadership and guidance to achieve team goals.

Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing product wastage.

Customer Service Excellence: Uphold high standards of customer service. Address customer queries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Area Manager or in a similar managerial role.

Background in paint, coatings, or related industries is preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and business growth.

Knowledge of inventory management and operational processes.

Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Proficient computer literacy skills.
