KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 🐝
Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide effective leadership to a team of Service Managers, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Mentor and guide Service Managers in implementing best practices in early childhood education and maintaining high standards of care.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all the allocated childcare services, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Implement and monitor policies and procedures to maintain a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for children.
Performance Management:
- Set and monitor performance targets for each childcare service, working closely with Service Managers to achieve and exceed goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, staff, and community stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and external partners, representing the company in a professional and positive manner.

KEY EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: 🐝
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Or ACECQA equivalent).
- Valid Working with Children's Check.
- First Aid Certification (optional)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role within the early childhood education and care sector.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, early childhood education frameworks, and sector best practices.
- Demonstrated business acumen with a track record of successfully managing multiple services.
- Strong financial management skills and experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
