The Role
A full-time opportunity exists for a wine industry professional who has strong Victorian trade relationships, is self-driven, and is motivated by the achievement of key business results. You will be responsible for managing sales and best practice customer service across an allocated region in Victoria, overseeing both On & Off-premise accounts including wholesalers and Banner Groups.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing plans to grow the distribution footprint in the allocated territory;
Achieving target call rates and coverage of customers;
Achieving targeted sales and margin growth;
Successfully managing a geographic customer base;
Developing new business opportunities
Conducting retail product tastings onsite as required;
Actively demonstrating teamwork via contribution to a national sales team;
Timely and efficient administration of sales; and
Taking on any additional responsibility required by the business.
