AddressDealer Clean Pty Ltd currently has a position of Customer Service Manager for a full-time contract to provide exceptional service to automotive brands across Victoria with 100+dealerships.
Position: Customer Service Manager
Salary: $90,000.00 plus Superannuation
Hours: 38 hours
Mode: Full time
Experience required: Minimum Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the relevant field
The successful candidate will be responsible for below duties as well as working closely with themanagement team. A challenging role where you will be required to be hands-on, calm underpressure and always leading from the front.
The ideal candidate will be expected to perform the following duties that include but are not limitedto:
1. Develops and refines policies, programs, and protocols related to customer interactions andservice offerings, aligning them with the company's commitment to exceptional CUSTOMER SERVICEfor automotive brands across Victoria.
2. Manages and supervises CUSTOMER SERVICE operations and after-sales support, cultivating strongpartnerships with car dealership brands to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Maintains the efficiency of call center operations, ensuring seamless communication and servicedelivery to meet the needs of automotive clients.
4. Provides leadership and mentorship to team members, actively participating in talent acquisitionprocesses to build a skilled workforce dedicated to superior CUSTOMER SERVICE.
5. Guides and empowers CUSTOMER SERVICE staff, fostering a culture of motivation and excellence indelivering services to automotive brands.
6. Develops and implements strategies for post-sales support, enhancing customer satisfaction,optimizing product performance, and continuously improving service quality to meet the highstandards of car dealership brands.
