The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join our Impulse/Out of Home sales team. The Out of Home channel is comprised of a fun and diverse group of customers – cafes, retailers, entertainment venues, aquatic centres, beach kiosks, sporting grounds and more.
Based in Townsville, you will be responsible for a sales territory that spans from Lucinda to Mackay and includes the stunning Whitsunday Islands.
This is a busy and varied role offering career development across a broad range of skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a small team of established Van Sales Representatives, who are responsible for delivering and upselling to customers
- Win new business and develop existing business to achieve monthly sales targets
- Manage our unique mix of key accounts in the region, from local retails to tropical Island resorts and iconic locations such as Daydream and Hamilton Island
- Oversee the Townsville sales depot and daily operations of your Van Sales Representatives team
- Manage our relationship with our distributor partners, including regional travel and overnighters to their depots in locations such as Mt Isa and Mackay
- Manage the third-party transport route that ships our products to the wild west towns of Richmond, Hughenden and beyond

About You
To be shortlisted for this position, you will be able to demonstrate:
- 3 years+ sales experience
- People leadership experience, ideally gained in sales
- A strong commercial and analytical skill set
- Demonstrated success in seeking and converting new business opportunities
- Self-motivated, highly organised & able to work autonomously
- Clean driver history
