Are you an experienced and successful Account Manager in the software industry? You will need to be a strong relationship builder who is driven to improve our clients' success through identifying opportunities to maximise our services. Your clients are located throughout WA with many centred around Perth and are a broad mix of industries and sizes. We offer a hybrid working environment, which sees you working from the East Perth office at least 3 days a week and the rest of the time from home or from clients' premises.
Some of the responsibilities for this role include: -
- Relationship building with assigned clients at all levels, including C-Level, to develop and maintain client loyalty, referrals and longevity
- Effective representation of Frontier Software's entire range of products and services to assigned clients
- Analyse and deliver increased product penetration within your portfolio
- Act as liaison between your clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions
- Develop client specific programs which assist your clients in developing their use of Frontier Software products and services.

This role is not for the faint hearted - as the only account Manager in WA, you will have plenty to keep you busy and you will need to enjoy working autonomously. - Significant experience achieving targets within a Technology environment, all the better if this was in SaaS
- Exceptional relationship and account managements skills which underpins your ability to grow your portfolio
- Professional sales presentation skills – designing, developing and presenting
- Exposure to or an understanding of payroll/HR would be beneficial, along with strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn complex software programs
- Exceptional professional communication skills – written and oral
