We are seeking an experienced and proactive Area Manager to oversee our operations in Central West NSW. The Area Manager will be responsible for managing a team of cleaners, ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining client relationships, and driving operational excellence across multiple locations.

WE ARE SEEKING INDIVIDUALS WHO:
- Have proven experience in a managerial role within the cleaning industry or related field
- Can successfully manage and supervise a team of cleaning staff across various sites
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning standards meet company and client expectations
- Train, mentor, and support cleaning staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and manage cleaning schedules, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Have sound knowledge of cleaning practices, equipment, and chemicals
- Always ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance, financials, and client feedback
- Display strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Are able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and solve problems effectively
- Hold a valid drivers licence and willingness to travel within the Central West NSW region as required
- Are willing to undergo and pass a Police Check, Working with Childrens Check and Pre-Employment Medical if required
