Build and manage a team of Domestic Assistants / Cleaners across South East Queensland to provide industry leading service to the Home Care sector.

The role:
Our purpose is to help elderly people stay independent in their own homes. Having recently expanded our NSW operations, we now need someone to expand our QLD operations and build an amazing team of people, passionate around delivering great service.
We're looking for someone who:
- genuinely wants to help the elderly.
- has experience in the Home Care sector, cleaning sector, or can demonstrate a track record of outstanding service implementation and delivery.
- can build, lead and develop a team of Domestic Assistants.
- has good people skills and can engage easily and tactfully with our partners and their clients.
- is not afraid to get their hands dirty. In the early stages of mobilising a new region, you will be required to cover at times for the team where needed and complete Domestic Assistance activities (basic house cleaning, changing bed linen, washing clothes, dishes etc). Once you have built the team in that region, there will be sufficient contingency to manage this.
- is willing to travel around South East Queensland (predominantly day travel, with occasional longer trips)
- embraces technology and is keen to learn our and use our platform.
- has a current Australian Driver's License and their own vehicle.
- has a current police check.
