- Ability to coach, lead and develop a large team remotely (100+) with demonstrated success in building high preforming teams and improving team effectiveness
- Senior operational experience in a fast-paced, ideally retail, environment
- Ability to lead the delivery of high store standards that maintains the highest levels of safety for team members and customers
- Ability to implement business plans and meet commercial targets that result in sustained improvement
