The Organisation
This well-established organisation with over 150 services across Australia is looking for an Area Manager to join their team to help lead and guide a portfolio of 10+ services across NSW. They hold a strong focus on improving performance and are continuously investing in strengthening their brand through partnerships with communities and families.
Further to this, the organisation has a clear purpose to drive quality Early Childhood practices across the board to ensure all children at their services are provided with the best early learning experiences to set them up for success.
The Role
Managing a team of Centre Directors across 10+ services across Sydney, your responsibilities will include but are not limited too:
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Mentoring, coaching and supporting centre managers to work on any centre development areas
- Working with senior managers to develop annual business plans and budgets
- Reviewing and monitoring all staff around the NQF, EYLF and company policies
- Managing all HR related queries including recruitment, training, annual reviews etc
- You will be responsible for the overall performance of each service
- Travelling to services based on prioritisation of support required

Your skills and experience
- Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care
- 5+ years experience in a similar role with exposure to multiple service management
- A current drivers license
- A current Working with Children Check and National Police Check
- Demonstrated experience and ability in business and performance management of a service
- Strong background working across the early years education sector
- Key understanding across the EYLF platform
