The OpportunityThis is a great opportunity to further develop your career with a growing company in the Early Childhood industry. 
As the Area Manager  you must have strong business acumen, be able to monitor and maintain financials as well as  ensure legislation & regulations are adhered to within each service. Most importantly you will mentor centre managers and their team to support and provide high quality of care for the children.

What you’ll bring:
  • You have at least two years’ experience in this or a similar role. You exuberate leadership that fosters a strong team culture, ensuring the highest level of care is maintained at all times. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills which you leverage to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders.
  • You have a demonstrated deep understanding of the Education and Care Regulations, EYLF, NQS and Children’s Services Award as well experience with assessment and rating. 
  
Must haves:
  • Bachelor of Education in early Childhood or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care with relevant experience or Diploma of Training and / or Business Management (or equivalent).
  • Have previously performed in a management role.
  • Demonstrated experience of leading and supporting teams, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Capabilities to assist in the development and implantation of policies and processes ensuring best practice.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, performance assessments and workplace relations.
  • Ability to work autonomously and across various locations with the flexibility to travel across Victoria.
  • Understanding and drive to meet KPI's, and assist centre's in driving their individual KPI's.
  • Currently hold the following - First Aid certificate, WWCC
 
This is a senior level role and will require any potential candidates to be available full-time.
