At Pretzel, each and every pretzel pumped out of our pretty pink containers are handmade by one of our artisan bakers, right there on site! We top all our pretzels with only the freshest – funnest ingredients, from classic savoury flavours to a whole range of delicious sweet pretzels! We pride ourselves on working hard but having a whole lot of fun while we do it. Our team's are tight-knit little families, with stellar customer service, bubbly bright personalities and can-do attitude's!
Qualifications & experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably within the quick service or fast-casual dining industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence and exceed performance targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control.
- Flexibility to travel between multiple locations within the designated area. Must have valid drivers license and access to reliable vehicle.
- Flexibility to work weekend and evening shifts.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Operational Excellence - Direct and supervise day-to-day operations of multiple establishments to ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Team Leadership - Working alongside our dedicated HR team to recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers and staff to foster a culture of exceptional service, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Financial Management - Monitor and analyse financial performance metrics, including sales, expenses, and profitability, to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimisation.
- Quality Assurance - Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety through regular inspections, audits, and compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
- Customer Satisfaction - Drive guest satisfaction by promoting our customer-centric approach, resolving customer complaints promptly, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Strategic Planning - Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to drive business growth and market share.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management - Manage inventory levels, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure adequate stock levels, minimise waste, and optimise supply chain efficiency.
- Performance Analysis - Utilise data-driven insights and performance metrics to evaluate operational effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
