With global expansion underway, we're looking for a passionate Area Managerto lead our QLD North squad! Supported by the National Retail Manager, you will assume overall responsibility for the success of SK Stores between Morayfield and Cairns. Experienced in managing and developing teams, executing business plans, and ensuring exceptional customer service your stock management, visual merchandising skills and ability to oversee company policies add to your professional brand!
We know you will love SkinKandy with your unique combination of multi-site management experience, well developed leadership and mentoring abilities and a love for customer service. A genuine interest for body piercing and/or jewellery is beneficial, however we're looking for a passionate manager who will lead and motivate their team.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Area Manager or Cluster Manager experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- A passion for leading & inspiring your team to succeed
- The ability to think strategically and have a proven track record in driving sales and KPI’s
- A sound operational skill set and experience with stock control and visual merchandising
- Experience with effectively managing rosters and wage control
- Ability to build strong professional partnerships with HQ
You will need to be comfortable with intra-state travel, and demonstrate your ability to manage your time effectively, be flexible, conscientious, and extremely organised. Our Ideal candidate would be Sunshine Coast based, however this role would also suit Brisbane based candidates.
